This year is the 7th year of the Christmas Eve dinners of the Community of Sant’Egidio in London. We know how important it is for older friends and people living in the street to live this time of festivities in good company. Let’s make the first step towards fighting indifference: by volunteering our time and our hearts, we will be able to restore the dignity of many.
There are many tasks for our committed volunteers: preparing the tables, setting up the decorations, preparing the meal, serving the food, keeping our friends company by enjoying the meal with them, wrapping the presents, organising the entertainment...! Having fun and enjoying a special Christmas! Date: Monday 24 December.
